Are you worried if these guys are genuine?
Don't be, we are 2 females from new Zealand & Ireland who arrived in Cairo and have no idea as what we were going to do, vaguely anaving about a place to stay.

Our 1^st week in Egypt had become organized and we can go to bed secure in the thought we were going to be looked after. Listen to these guys and trust them.My fellow travelers!!
We arrived at New Palace after being hassled by other hotels. As soon as we entered New Palace we felt at ease. We were tow girls traveling alone and were feeling very vulnerable. The only time we felt safe at times was when we came back to New Palace. The hospitality given to us from "HERCULES" has made our 4 weeks stay in Egypt very enjoyable.You've made the right decision by staying at New palace. Make the next right decision and book a tour through "HERCULES", happy traveling guys & enjoy your tour.

You've made the right decision in coming to the 'New Palace Hotel'. I have never traveled before & had no idea what to expect arriving in Egypt. This hotel came recommended by friends of ours & Jim so glad we came here. I wish now I had more time.

I've had such a fantastic time and as a first time traveler I'll be forever hoping future trips live up to this one. There is so much to see & so many people to meet. Enjoy every minute.

Well, what can I, a noisy Canadian girl possibly say about the New Palace Hotel? In staying here for 5 nights total during our stay in Egypt the New Palace became our "Home". It was nice to have a place to come back to where we know we would be well taken care of. Thanks for the advice, the laughs and for arranging a lovely tour to Aswan - Luxor and back again.

Upon first arriving in Egypt, my travel companion and I experienced what most first-timers to Egypt experience: - the crazy hassle and bussle of the Cairo airport; the non-stop 'nuisence' of Cairo city locals, and the 'who' to trust 'where' to go, and 'how'!!
Thankfully, our stress and anxiety was short-lived! Upon recommendation of our 'Bible' 'The lonely planet guide', we managed to communicate to our taxi driver our first destination 'New Palace Hotel'.

The stress of backpacking - finding accommodation and transport, was lifted from our shoulders; Hercules guaranteed our needs were met, and that our time in Egypt will be exiting, enjoyable and without problems.

For the first time in my life, I was away from home for my birthday. Hercules saw to it that my day was spent doing whatever I wished, and that night, threw me a fantastic birthday party complete with cake, beer and PRESENTS!!

I never expected such thoughtfulness, and all at New Palace Hotel made my birthday memorable and unbeatable. This is the only place in Egypt in which like us, you can call HOME!!
